Vision

●      To promote general wellbeing of women staff members, other women employees and students of our college.

●      To highlight the importance of physical and mental health and safety of women.

●      To identify the potential in women, promote strong leadership and encourage the growth of women as individuals in their own right.

●      To pursue policies of women empowerment, promote a culture of respect and equality for all human beings irrespective of their gender, to facilitate a gender sensitive campus to ensure a congenial working environment for women.

Mission

●      To organize various programs to train and equip our college staff members and students with skills and knowledge to develop their overall capabilities and life skills which will enable them to face the world with courage and conviction.

●      To conduct workshops and seminars:-

To keep women updated about the opportunities and tools available to them.

                    To give our students training in soft skills to improve their employability.

●      To organize awareness programs on women’s rights and gender equality.

●      To explore ways to bring about a sea change in society and implement these ideas through our college students at the grass root level in rural areas.

                               Apart from this, the Women Development Cell is responsible for looking into any complaints filed by students and staff members about grievances of the women in our college.
